2.Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled at no charge if the request is made before the order has shipped. To cancel:

  • Items without original tags: Tags removed and item appears worn

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. Please review your customization options carefully before placing your order.

7.Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued:

  • Price reductions: If the item price drops before your return is processed, you receive the original price paid
  • Missing items: If some items are missing from your return, refund is adjusted accordingly

Store Credit
