All orders are processed and prepared for shipment according to the following timeline:

United States

We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping costs vary by location and selected shipping method. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination zip code and package weight.

• Continental US: Standard (5-7 days), Express (2-3 days), Overnight (1 day)
• Alaska & Hawaii: Standard (7-10 days), Express (3-5 days)
• Free shipping on orders over $50 (standard shipping, continental US only)
• PO Boxes cannot be used for overnight or express shipping

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (10+ uniforms), special shipping rates may apply. Contact our sales team for a custom quote on your bulk order.

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders are subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees which may vary by destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Available Countries

International shipping is currently available to Canada, Mexico, and select European countries. For availability in your country, please contact our support team.

International Shipping Terms

• Customers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes
• Delivery times are estimates and may take longer due to customs clearance
• International packages may be held by customs for inspection
• Uniform Hub is not responsible for delays caused by customs
• International orders cannot be returned or exchanged

All shipments are tracked so you can monitor your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

How to Track Your Order

• Log into your account on our website and go to "My Orders"
• Click on the order you want to track to see its status
• Use the tracking number provided in your shipping notification email
• Visit the carrier's website directly with your tracking number

Tracking Information

Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of shipment. Updates are provided by the carrier and may be delayed in some cases. For real-time updates, you can track your package directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to ship all orders on time, occasional delays can occur due to:

• Unexpected high order volume
• Product availability issues
• Weather conditions affecting carriers
• Holiday schedules
• Technical issues with our systems
• Customs clearance for international orders

What If My Package Doesn't Arrive?

If your package doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe:

1. Check your tracking information for delivery status
2. Wait 5 business days after the estimated delivery date
3. Contact the carrier to inquire about the package
4. Contact our support team with your order number and tracking number
5. We will investigate and either redeliver or issue a refund

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Valid Shipping Addresses

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address:

• Full name of recipient
• Complete street address (including apartment/suite number if applicable)
• City, state, and ZIP code
• Country (for international orders)
• Valid phone number

PO Boxes & Alternative Addresses

PO Boxes are only available for standard shipping within the US. Express and overnight shipping require a physical address. Military addresses (APO/FPO) are accepted for standard shipping only.

Address Changes

To change your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order, before it ships. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the destination address.
